Meet the Editor

Welcome to Fashion Climax…The only Fashion and Beauty blog that takes your breath away. Founded by RaShawn Litrell Davis who was born in Tampa, FL and currently residing in Harlem, NY. Bringing southern charm to the “City,”RaShawn has had a passion for fashion as far back as he can remember. Learning from his mother all the fashion tips and tricks, he took those elements and formed his own. As a result, he was voted best dressed in high school at Howard W. Blake of the Arts where he majored in music and is professionally trained in the clarinet and oboe.

He went to one the top  HBCU’s in the country, Florida A&M University. While  at  Florida A&M University  he marched in the world famous Marching “100”band and earned his A.A. in Marketing. After earning  his associates he transferred to the International Academy of Design & Technology-Tampa where he earned a B.A. in Fashion Merchandising and Design. While earning his degree RaShawn interned in the merchandising department at  Betsey Johnson in New York City. After graduating, RaShawn secured internships  and worked at some New York’s  top-notch Fashion and Beauty PR Firms such as Factory PR and Seventh House; styling agency management & artist organization; as a fashion assistant for Flair Magazine; a Skin Care Consultant at Sephora, to name a few. Living in New York City, aka “Fashion Capitol USA,” RaShawn has extended his professional experience working his first Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week show with Betsey Johnson in 2008 at the Bryant Park tents. From there he went on to work with IMG Worldwide (IMG) doing client services where he introduced FashionGPS at Lincoln Center. He has also been a Visual Merchandiser for Nordstrom, a fashion show dresser including Saks Fifth Avenue, and trained in skincare and fragrance at Duane Reade. Currently, Rashawn is the epitome of a fashion “jack of all trades:” A Fashion Blogger, Model, Designer, Personal Shopper and Stylist.
